HRH Partners has developed a dynamic program to help you reduce costs.  You might feel that you have a good cost-control program in place, but our experience has shown that most organizations do not realize how much still needs to be done to really cut their costs.  Purchasing personnel in many organizations have seen an expansion in their scope of responsibility. Responsibilities for planning (MRP) and procurement have been merged into a single entity, often called the Planner/Buyer.  The Planner/Buyers are challenged to just to complete their basic responsibilities and to meet the daily requirements to be purchased, so they do not have the time nor the resources to focus on cost reduction services.
